TEAM TRAINING
How about coming for a week with your team before the Competition starts? It is great fun and also good for team building to spend a week elsewhere and train together with your coach. A change of scenery can work very motivating. Besides, the weather in spring is usually a lot better here than in many other countries, so you’ll have more opportunity to play and practise.
